She recently co-wrote and recorded He Saw Jesus Jesus is His Name, and Love Me to death. GIFFT is a brand new wine label that she launched with Scheid Family Vineyards, Monterey CA. Recently, she made her directorial debut together with Nicole C. Mullen in the film THE GOD WHO SEES. The two co-wrote music for the film. Gifford provides support to a variety of child-related organizations, such as Childhelp as well as the Association to Benefit Children which led to Cassidy's House and Cody House named for her two children. Her efforts to help others in the field of labour relations have led to her receiving an honorary doctorate from Marymount University.
