Dwayne was the first pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he began in the year 2007. He also serves as the pastor's director for the Acts 29 Network. As well as pastoring Dwayne has a passion for developing the next generation of biblical counselors. He serves as a member on the Board for the Biblical Counseling Alliance. He is an author of numerous online publications, and also a contributor in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling changing lives by embracing God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne with his wife Leslie and their children.
